About College Pro Painters :

College Pro Painters is a North American student painting company that offers residential painting services during summer months in local communities. Since 2004, student franchise managers and general managers have participated in charity events and donated services equating to over $760,000 to improve community spaces and housing in underprivileged areas across Canada and the United States. The company’s core purpose ‘together, realizing potentials’ uniquely mentors and challenges students to become successful community leaders.

College Pro Painters – Ontario – Charity Paint 2007(Charity Events)

  The experience in Florida was amazing; over the course of 3 days we worked with a large group of franchisees to complete charity work for 6 homeowners in Plant City, Fl.  This was a unique opportunity to give back to the community with the added benefit of being able to provide our new Franchise owners with an introduction to the skills they’ll need to run successful businesses this year.  We brought these franchisees into a community unlike those they’ll experience while running their franchises back home and it was truly amazing. 

We started on Day 1 with a virtual group of strangers who had no clue how to paint and really didn’t know what they were in for over the days to come.  With each progressive day the group became more cohesive and you could see a dramatic change in their confidence to paint and estimate and also in their faith in the systems that we teach.  By the third day the group was very social and working hard to wrap up the last jobs in time for a community barbecue hosted by our home owners where we had the chance to reflect and hear their words of thanks.

This experience gave us the chance to see how the service we provide can impact those who can’t afford to maintain their homes.  Our customers were so grateful for the work we did and our franchisees were very thankful for the experience they gained.
